To do lists

A lovely lady has given me permission to copy her incredibly thoughtful and helpful post
I want to help some of you that are struggling at a time like this, being at home constantly can feel horrible especially when you feel that you have nothing to do. My way at the moment of coping is making ‘to do lists’. Every night I write up some things I want to achieve the next day and by putting pen on paper and slowly ticking them off I can see I am achieving something. If I think of something else I may have to do I’ll write that down and tick that off as well. If I don’t complete something I’ll simply put it in my next days to do list. I hope some of you will use this technique to help you as I know I feel useless if I cannot pin point at least a couple of things I have achieved on a day with nothing scheduled.
