Overview

The Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is a compassionate and structured 12-week course designed to support women who have left abusive relationships and are ready to begin their healing journey. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, the course offers a safe, empowering space to explore the impact of abuse and build confidence for the future.

Who It’s For

Women aged 18+ who have experienced domestic abuse and are no longer in the abusive relationship.

All participants are invited to a 1-1 chat with a member of the team before joining.

What to Expect

· 12 weekly face-to-face sessions

· A trauma-informed, psychoeducational approach

· Sessions focus on understanding the effects of abuse, managing emotions, and rebuilding self-esteem

· Each woman receives a course journal to use throughout the sessions

· Run by trained facilitators
