As a registered charity, we rely on income from our wonderful supporters to keep our organisation running.
Events, fundraising and kind donations all help us to keep on supporting women across Great Yarmouth who really need a helping hand.

Upcoming Events
Take a leap and sky dive for Feathers Futures
Sunday 28th July 2024
Why not tick something off your bucket list and take to the skies with us on Sunday 28th July 2024 at Beccles Airfield.
We have a team of people who will be taking part in this fundraising event for Feathers Futures, so you will have plenty of encouragement as you jump.
We kindly ask that you pay the £50 deposit to secure your place. If you raise over £350 in sponsorship for us, we will cover the cost of your jump. If it helps, you can set up your page on Justgiving and simply share the link with friends and family, making it a stress-free way to fundraise.
Feathers Futures supports all women over 18 in the borough of Great Yarmouth, offering a range of support, courses, activities and toiletries bank – please have a look at our website if you would like to find out more about all we do.

Cliff Top Gala

Gorleston’s Cliff Top Gala is always a highlight in our fundraising calendar.
Come along and say ‘Hello’. Join in the fun and games, arts and crafts, meet the team, and learn more about Feathers Futures.
Shrublands 75th Anniversary Fete
Saturday 10th August 2024
2024 marks the Shrublands Youth & Adult Centre’s 75th Anniversary. They are inviting the community to come and join them in celebration at their Summer Fun Day.
We will be there with our stall.
Care for a Cuppa week
7th-13th October 2024
Care for a cuppa is a great chance to get together, have a chat over a cuppa and support a women in your area
Get your bake on and invite friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours to have a cuppa and a cake and donate to help Feathers Futures keep supporting women across Great Yarmouth to create a brighter, more positive future.
Not only is it an excellent opportunity to support a local, well-loved and much-needed charity but to raise awareness and funds to ensure that Feathers Future can continue its life-changing work.

24th November 2024 - Norfolk Showground
Join thousands of runners of all ages and abilities at the Norfolk Showground for the return of the Larking Gowen Norwich Half Marathon on Sunday, 24th November 2024! This iconic race is a highlight in the East Anglian running calendar. Experience the thrill of starting and finishing within the scenic Norfolk Showground and enjoy the stunning closed-road route through the heart of Norfolk’s countryside.
By participating, you’ll also support Feathers Futures. Your involvement and funds raised will directly help us continue our vital work.

Great Yarmouth Christmas Fayre
29th & 30th Nov / 1st & 3rd Dec 2024
Join us at the beautiful Great Yarmouth Minster and enjoy the festivities. We will be selling a wide range of Christmas gifts and gorgeous handmade arts and crafts; meet the Feathers team and support Feathers Futures.
