Feathers is a welcoming, friendly, non-judgmental place, my time as a volunteer has given me the opportunity to learn about myself and the chance to be useful and help other women, Feathers has given me my sense of self back.

No expectations for me to be anything

I have found Feathers Futures to be a place where there are no expectations for me to be anything other than me. Not a mother, not a worker, not a victim, etc. Just me, I do not have to fit a preconceived criteria.
