Exercise Classes – Yoga

Our yoga session is a very gentle, slow-paced class designed to be welcoming for complete beginners as well as for anyone who has practised yoga before. The emphasis is on listening to your body rather than getting poses “right”, so you can move in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you.

The class focuses on gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation, helping to release tension from the body and calm the mind. It’s a space where you can switch off from everyday worries, take some time just for yourself, and reconnect with how you’re feeling in your body.

No special equipment or experience is needed, and adjustments are offered throughout so everyone can take part at their own level. Many women find this session helps them feel more relaxed, grounded, and kinder to themselves — making it a lovely, nurturing break in the week.
