Mindful Makes is a gentle, creative 4-week course on Tuesday afternoons, designed to give you a calm, enjoyable space to slow down and do something just for yourself.

Each week focuses on making a simple craft or creative item that you can take home with you. These pieces are designed to act as reminders of self-care, kindness to yourself, or positive thinking — something meaningful you can keep and look back on.

You don’t need any previous crafting experience to take part. The sessions are relaxed and supportive, with plenty of guidance, encouragement, and time to create at your own pace. The emphasis is on enjoying the process, being creative, and spending time in a friendly group rather than making something “perfect.”
