It’s All About Me! – 6 week course (must be booked)

It’s All About Me! is a gentle, supportive 6-week course designed to help women focus on themselves, their wellbeing, and their sense of self-worth in a safe and welcoming group setting. As the name suggests, this course is all about you — taking time out of busy or difficult lives to reflect, reconnect, and invest in yourself.

Each week explores a different theme linked to self-esteem, confidence, and positive thinking. Together, the group looks at what self-esteem really means, where it comes from, and how it can be affected by life experiences. Sessions include gentle discussions, reflective activities, and opportunities to share thoughts and learn from one another in a non-judgemental way.

The course also helps women recognise unhelpful or negative thinking patterns and consider how these might be shifted into kinder, more supportive ways of thinking about themselves. There is a strong focus on recognising personal strengths, celebrating positives, and noticing how often women see more good in others than they do in themselves.

The group also looks at resilience and how to “bounce back” from life’s challenges, reminding women that setbacks are normal and that they already have tools within them to keep going.

The final session brings everything together with a recap of learning, space for questions, and helpful signposting to other support if needed. The course ends with certificates and a small celebration to recognise each woman’s journey and commitment to herself.

Above all, It’s All About Me! is about creating a regular, nurturing space where women can pause, breathe, and remember that their thoughts, feelings, and needs matter.
