Cooking Well – 4 week course (funded by Sainsbury’s — must be booked)

Cooking Well is a friendly, hands-on cooking course where women cook together in a relaxed and supportive kitchen. Over four weeks, the sessions focus on learning simple, healthy, budget-friendly meals that can be adapted to suit your own tastes and dietary needs, while building confidence with different cooking techniques and ingredients.

The group atmosphere makes cooking enjoyable and social, helping women feel more comfortable experimenting in the kitchen and taking ideas home to use with their families. No experience is needed — the emphasis is on learning, sharing, and having fun with food.
