Time for Tea and Me
What do you enjoy? What don’t you? When was the last time you did something just for yourself? This group gently invites you to explore these questions at your own pace and to reflect on what it might feel like to prioritise your own needs.
As the name suggests, Time for Tea and Me offers a calm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can relax with a cuppa, connect with others, and reflect on who you are. The group uses supportive conversations, creative activities, and shared experiences to help you reconnect with yourself and your sense of wellbeing.
Discussions may sometimes touch on past experiences, difficult emotions, or how you cope with things you have been through. This is always approached with sensitivity, respect, and choice – you are never expected to share anything you don’t want to. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. The group is about feeling safe, listened to, and supported, and remembering that your feelings and needs matter.
